Week 12's Game of the Week Match-up Featured Two 8-2 Teams
In Week 12, two of the NFL's best teams squared off when the leader of the NFC North, the 8-2 Green Bay Packers, traveled to Atlanta to take on the team that is tied with the New Orleans Saints for leadership of the NFC South, the 8-2 Atlanta Falcons. Incidentally, it also featured the second-highest vote-getter thus far in NFC Pro Bowl Voting, and fourth highest in NFL MVP voting thus far, in Packers QB Aaron Rodgers, pitted against Falcons franchise QB Matt Ryan who has struggled on the season but is extremely talented, and is coupled with the lead vote getter for Coach of the Year in Atlanta coach Mike Smith.
